1. BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Carefully remove the device and its accessories from the packaging, dispose of all packaging materials and promotional stickers. Boil all parts of the device for 3-5 minutes in salt solution (1 teaspoon of salt per liter) to eliminate factory lube. Clean the device in accordance with «Cleaning and maintenance».
⑴Ham Press is intended for use in Redmond multi cookers (multi cookers –pressure cookers) with the bowl capacity no less than 5 litres. The device can be used in the pressure cookers, air grills, ovens with the corresponding working capacity or in the ordinary dishware for cooking on the stove.
⑵Cooking bags are not included in set.
⑶To obtain optimal result strictly follow the recipe while preparing the ingredients, keeping its weight and proportions. Evenly and tightly fill the bag inserted into the housing with the prepared ingredients so that there are no air holes inside the bag. The part of the housing with the slots for spring stroke should be maximally filled so as to provide optimum food squeezing. Carefully remove the filled bag from the housing if necessary, remount the bottom lid to another level and put the bag into the housing again.
⑷Be careful while adjusting and stretching the springs in order not to damage the bag. Small punctures are admitted, however, significant failures may lead to the quality degradation of final product.
3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
⑴Wash the housing and removable parts of the Ham Press with warm water and mild dish soap immediately after use (can be washed in dishwashing machine). Then wipe them with a dry cloth and let dry completely at room temperature.
⑵DO NOT use a sponge or tissue with hard or abrasive surface or abrasive pastes. Do not use any chemically aggressive substances or any other agents which are not recommended for cleaning items that come into contact with food. Keep in dry and ventilated place.
